We were earlier known as Telecom Technology Solutions, which was set up primarily to provide last mile connectivity solutions using Free Space Optical links. These were license free technologies. Subsequently the company diversified and embarked on helping SMEs to set up operations in India. These were on a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) basis. The company's experience in helping start-ups build teams and infrastructure enabled us to offer other services like contract staffing and productivity consulting. We have a suite of portals and services catering to various market segments. These are both B2B and B2C offerings.

• Kalyan Kumar Banerjee is an alumnus IIT Delhi and IIT Kanpur with degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.  He worked for Wipro’s R&D for 13 years, most of them on UNIX kernel, before co-founding Mindtree with 9 other founders from 3 countries.  At Mindtree he was Senior Vice President, and over 13 years conceptualised and nurtured Knowledge Management, Learning and Leadership development. He also worked for its R&D Services business for 6 years.Kalyan loves to mentor youngsters and budding leaders, and teaches how to innovate, programming, English; also loves to take workshops on ethics, managing adversity and conflicts, living your vision, engaging and inspiring people. Now he is on sabbatical at the Centurion University as the Pro Vice Chancellor, pursuing his passion of making a difference to education.
• Vinod V Kamath has over Twenty years of experience in multi-functional areas, Vinod is currently the promoter of Coinlab. Prior to venturing on his own, he was the Chief Finance & Information Officer at Marico, responsible for Marico Group Finance (including Accounts, Legal, Taxation, Corporate MIS, Investor Relations) and Group Information Technology. He has a wide corporate experience in companies like Fenner, Asian Paints etc. Vinod is an Alumnus of IIT Madras and IIM Bangalore
